Here are some tips to help you with your order:

• The basic uniform consists of several pieces that can be mixed at matched.  All uniform pieces can be found under Required Uniforms Options. All other items can be  found in the Optional Apparel category.  The sizing for the Cherokee Scrubs is below.  The other sizing charts can be found under each product.  Please contact Lisa Reifsteck at (618) 304-3740 or your branch manager or supervisor for any sizing questions before placing your order.
  

• Sizes 2XL and larger will incur more cost.  When you select a size in the drop down box, it shows you how much the additional charges are for each size.  
  

• IMPORTANT:   Effective 08/01/10 - All orders will be processed via Pay Pal.  If you do not have a credit card or a bank account to complete your transaction,  you will need to contact Lisa Reifsteck at (618) 304-3740 to place your order manually.  We will do our best to accomodate those that do not have a credit card or bank account by offering a Cash on Delivery Option.  This will have to be worked out in advance between the employee and Dazzle Marketing and Design.   

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No returns will be accepted unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.  Please be sure to use sizing charts and/or discuss sizing concerns with your supervisor.

                   For Billing: Enter the credit card billing address.

         The Shipping Address is where your uniform will be delivered!
